Do you offer local pickups?

No, all orders are must be shipped as we are not set up for retail sales. 

Do you ship to restricted states?

Yes, we ship ammunition to most, that include: NJ, IL, CT. Please refer to our "Shipping Policy" for more information. 

We ship reloading supplies and brass to all 50 states.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

It depends, and will be on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at: sales@crateholdingsammo.com, or refer to our "Contact Us" page to get in touch. 

Do you run sales or offer discount codes?

Yes we do. Typically these offers are only available to newsletter subscribers only, but some promotions may be site wide. You can sign up to our newsletter "here".

Do you sell remanufactured, surplus, or old stock ammo?

Rarely. All of our ammunition is brand new. We do occasionally sell surplus or old ammo, but it would be disclosed in the product title or description with words including "trade in", "reman", "surplus", or "for collectors".

When will my order ship?

Crate Holdings Ammo processes and ships orders very quickly. Orders will ship 0-3 business days after the order is placed. This does not apply to restricted states if proper documentation is not received. 

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged. Can I have a refund?

If you purchased shipping protection with your order, your order is 100% covered. Supporting documentation will be needed to refund your order. Examples include; pictures of damaged items, a UPS tracking number that marked the shipment as lost or damaged, or a package that has been returned to us because of damage. 

You must contact us within three days for a refund. 

If shipping protection is not purchased, your order will not be refunded. However, we will be happy to file a UPS claim for you.  

Do you accept backorders?

No. However we do offer product availability notices. Simply search for the out of stock product and select "notify me when available" to receive an email when the item is back in stock. 

I only received part of my order today, where is the rest?

Crate Holdings Ammo focuses on very fast processing times. Because of this, your order may ship in more than one box. This will not affect your shipping cost. In the rare case that you only receive part of your order, you will likely receive the rest the following business day. 

Why did Crate Holdings Ammo contact me to verify my order?

Do to the increase in credit card fraud, you may be contacted to verify your order or asked to send a copy of identification if your order triggered a fraud filter, is of very high dollar value, or has a mismatched billing and shipping address (does not apply to CA orders).

This is done to protect our company, as well as our customers. Please note, this rarely happens. 

Does Crate Holdings Ammo change the price of a product?

Yes, sometimes. Depending on our cost, the price of a product my increase or decrease in price. This does not affect an existing order, and we will never change the total of your order because of this. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, we can cancel you order. A 6% restocking fee applies. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. 

What company do you ship with?

We ship orders via UPS ground. 

Orders that are drop shipped may ship FedEx or UPS Ground. Any products that are drop shipped will be noted in the item description. 

Does Crate Holdings Ammo sell more than ammo?

Yes, we do. Most of our products are ammo, but we also sell optics, reloading supplies, and certain firearm parts on our website. 

Due to the platform we use to run our website, we cannot sell certain firearm parts, components, or magazines here. However, you can see additional products that we carry on our GunBroker store.

What Payments Does Crate Holdings Ammo Accept?

We accept debit and credit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

If cash equivalent payments are not received in 5 days, your order will be canceled and your payment will be returned to you once it arrives.
